Another day, another workout! Somehow it has taken about a week for me to get my second workout done in the Better Weigh program at the local YMCA.
My trainer said that I should keep about 48 hours between workouts, but I just couldn't seem to get in there, things just kept popping up. Grrr.
Anyway, I made it in earlier tonight, pushed myself a little harder than last time, and feel better than I did the last time.
Yippee!
