The Tyrant Reborn

Happy first day of Spring, everyone!!

It has not been a bad start to the season; the weather was mild and the sun was bright. A nice day, I think.

This is my first blog entry from my rebuilt computer, Tyrant. I suppose this is Tyrant version 2.0 or something like that. Since my machine got hit by a virus I couldn’t eliminate, I reformatted the HD and started fresh.

While I was at it I upgraded to Vista. Yeah I know, it’s taken me a long time, but I frankly haven’t much liked Vista since it came out; I know I’m not alone in this. Nut we have machines being deployed at the county with it, so I need t have a good understanding of it and the only way that happens is through using the thing.

Oh well.

Once I do get used to it, it may not be that bad. Look at IE 7 for example. When it came out, I didn’t like it either; tabbed browsing was bothersome to me. I got used to it and like tabbed better than non-tabbed now. Actually IE 8 is my favorite browser; it has some really neat features.

Now I think I’ll play some Mafia Wars on FaceBook for a relaxing time of putting hits on rival mafias.
